Massachusetts Healthy Communities

Good health is a natural outcome of a community that works. This happens when people feel connected to their neighbors, feel inspired and empowered to shape their environments, and share a common purpose and vision.

The Massachusetts Partnership for Healthy Communities is linked to all of the Regional Centers for Healthy Communities. The Partnership provides an annual training series to community teams who commit to learning and returning to home to lead healthy communities’ initiatives.

There are five other Centers for Healthy Communities in the Commonwealth:

Northeast Massachusetts Center for Healthy Communities
Southeast Massachusetts Center for Healthy Communities
Central Massachusetts Center for Healthy Communities
Metrowest Regional Center for Healthy Communities
Boston Center for Healthy Communities

And, together we are the Massachusetts Healthy Communities System
