MassBudget provides independent research and analysis of state budget and tax policies, as well as economic issues, with particular attention to the effects on low- and moderate-income people.

PolicyLink is a national organization dedicated to partner with others to lift up best practices and create policies that build a just and fair society.

The Alcohol Policy Information System (APIS) provides detailed information on a wide variety of alcohol-related policies in the United States at both State and Federal levels. Detailed, state-by-state, information is available for 35 policies. APIS also provides a variety of informational resources of interest to alcohol policy researchers and others involved with alcohol policy issues.

Alcohol Policies in the United States: Highlights from the 50 States was designed as a tool for public officials, policymakers, law enforcement and alcohol beverage control authorities. It provides information on patterns and trends of selected alcohol policies around the country, and on the status of the policies in each state as of January 1, 2000.

Trust for America's Health (TFAH) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to saving lives by protecting the health of every community and working to make disease prevention a national priority. Their website has reports on a variety of public health issues including healthcare reform, obesity, and more.
