We know that the experiences of people and communities are holistic. Most days, we don't live our lives category by category. Still, its useful to have access to categorical information. As you look at the information in this section, keep in mind that there is a lot of overlap between categories. For example, there are several shared risk and protective factors for substance abuse and for violence. We hope to add new topics in the future.
